A 22-year-old Michigan driver has made a handful of enemies on track, but received high praise from one of the sport's legends.

Carson Hocevar has earned huge praise from Dale Earnhardt Jr. after he sparked a controversy at Nashville Superspeedway.

On Saturday at Michigan, Hocevar visited with the media and talked about his phone conversation with Ricky Stenhouse Jr. following his latest incident last Sunday at Nashville. A reporter then asked if he was the “new Intimidator” and what he thought of that characterization.
