Eddie Murphy is sharing an update on the new Shrek movie as well as giving details about a Donkey spinoff in the works. While promoting his new film, The Pickup, Murphy mentioned that he is still doing voiceover work for Shrek 5,

Murphy says a film based around the fan-favorite character and his donkey family will begin recording dialogue in September, though DreamWorks hasn't confirmed the project.
