Three Buffalo Bills players made the 2026 Pro Bowl, but three other standouts were unfairly left off the AFC roster.
Three Buffalo Bills earned spots on the AFC roster — quarterback Josh Allen was selected to his fourth Pro Bowl, running back James Cook was selected to his third and offensive tackle Dion Dawkins was selected to his fifth.
This offseason was dominated by Buffalo Bills running back James Cook wanting a new contract. While it took longer than he would have hoped, he did put pen to paper on a four-year, $48 million contract that pays him roughly $12 million APY.
Connor McGovern finished fifth among centers, Reggie Gilliam was fourth among fullbacks, Cole Bishop was sixth among strong safeties, and Ray Davis was eighth among return specialists. That was the extent of the Bills’ placement in the top 10 of each position.

Allen completed 12 of 19 passes for just 130 yards, as Buffalo again relied heavily on the ground game. James Cook rushed 16 times for 117 yards and two touchdowns, while Ty Johnson added a rushing touchdown as well. Veteran safety Jordan Poyer stood out defensively with 11 tackles, one pass defensed and half a sack.

Buffalo is 16-1 at home since early 2024, while the Eagles—already locked into at least the No. 3 NFC seed—are strong on the road (5-3). It’ll be tough, but Sal believes the Bills will pull it off.
